Baby Bibs

Our organic muslin baby bibs are a classic rounded shape with a soft organic cotton muslin front and an absorbent terry towelling back, sold in packs of five. They are the everyday workhorse for dribble, milk spills and first foods. Our linen bandana dribble bibs are a triangle shape that sits flat under the chin, made for everyday dribble and teething, and neat enough to leave on all day.

Many babies need a bib somewhere in the first few months, once dribble and milk spills pick up. Dribbling often increases again from around three to six months as teething starts, and bibs come back into daily use once first foods begin at around six months.

Most families go through two to four bibs a day during heavy dribble or teething, so six to ten on hand means there is always a clean one while the rest are in the wash. That is why our muslin bibs come in packs of five.

Yes. Each muslin bib has two stainless steel press stud positions, so the neck can be done up snugly on a younger baby and let out as they grow. Each bib measures 30cm from top to bottom and 21cm wide.

No. Always take your baby's bib off before sleep, including naps, and only use a bib while your baby is awake and supervised. Check the press studs and fabric regularly, and stop using a bib that shows any wear or damage.

Wash before first use, then machine wash on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and avoid bleach. Line drying is best. Muslin and linen both get softer the more they are washed.
